Forum Rules

Prominy Users Forums are a web-based community provided by Prominy to encourage interaction between owners of Prominy products. In this peer-to-peer environment, forum users are encouraged to answer questions, share experiences and give advice to their fellow users. While Prominy may occasionally post information; they are not expected to provide technical support or other official replies in the forum. All official product inquiries and technical support should be conducted via email or the technical support form. See your product manual, help file or the support web page for specific contact information before contacting us.

Prominy has the right but not the obligation to monitor and/or moderate the Prominy Users Forum. Prominy reserves the right to change any or all other parts of this rules at its sole discretion and without notice.

By registering with the Prominy Users Forum, users agree that any post the moderators consider inappropriate may be removed at the moderator’s sole discretion. Use of the Prominy Users Forum is a privilege, not a right. Prominy also has the right, at its sole discretion, to revoke board privileges at any time without notice.

Posts are to be made in the relevant forum. Users are asked to read the forum descriptions before posting. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning or banned.

Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing members in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a banning. Hate posts and personal attacks will not be tolerated on the Prominy Users Forum. Treat other forum members as you would like to be treated. Unproductive trash talk will be met with criticism and possible disciplinary action including banishment. The same rules apply to trolling or posting topics specifically to provoke a negative response.

Members should remember this board is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a banning.

Prominy does not allow any form of advertising, therefore promoting websites or products in the forum is inappropriate. Hyperlinks to 3rd party web sites are allowed only if they pertain directly to the discussion topic. \r\n\r\nMembers are asked to respect the copyright of other users, sites, media, etc. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, etc. or re-printing material without permision will receive a warning and their post will be removed.

Members should respect the bandwidth of other users and sites. The use of inline ([IMG][/IMG]) image tags pointing to data stored on third party systems for which the user has not received permission to link to may be removed.

Spam is not tolerated here under any circumstance. This includes offering hosting services (charged and free), installation services, etc. Users posting spam will be warned and their post removed. See specific item on spam and 3rd party linking for more information.

The administrator and moderators reserve the right to edit or remove any post at any time. The determination of what is construed as indecent, vulgar, spam, etc. as noted in these points is up to the administrator and moderators and not users.

You may not link to warez, porn or political, racist or other similar hate sites in your signature.

You may not impersonate another forum member. Accessing someone else''s account or attempting to access another poster''s account is strictly prohibited. Users are restricted to a single username.

These rules are subject to change without any notice.

These rules where applicable also apply to private messaging. Abuse of the private messaging system may lead to warnings (as above) and/or the revokation of private messaging

Users abusing these rules will be warned or banned.
